Hi, I'm Kerry, founder of Lavender Lane Social Solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising, events and entrepreneurship, I created Lavender Lane to bring together what I've always loved most - creative ideas, meaningful experiences and genuine connection.

I hold a B.S.B.A. in Marketing and Advertising from Robert Morris University, along with a Digital Marketing Certificate from the Digital Marketing Institute & American Marketing Association. Over the years, I've owned and operated businesses, helped brands grow, planned events and created experiences designed to bring people together.
Today, Lavender Lane has evolved to encompass both our boutique marketing and event services and Unfiltered Retreats — thoughtfully curated women's retreat experiences centered on wellness, reflection and authentic connection.
No matter what we're creating, the philosophy is the same: be thoughtful, be authentic, and make the experience matter.

Our Story
Hi, I'm Kerry, and Lavender Lane has always been more than a business name to me.

Lavender represents something I've long been drawn to — calm, wellness and a sense of grounding. And "Lane" represents the journey: moving forward, growing, discovering and sometimes finding out way back to what matters. โ

At Lavender Lane, we're not just about marketing; we're about crafting unforgettable experiences and fostering genuine connections. We believe in the power of a warm smile, the uniqueness of every story, and the lasting impression of making others feel truly valued.

My own journey has taken me through more than two decades of marketing, advertising, entrepreneurship and events, but it hasn't followed just one path. Earlier in my career, I worked in reservations for US Airways and have also worked in private country clubs — experiences that gave me an appreciation for travel, hospitality, guest experience and the details that can make an experience truly memorable.
My personal interest in wellness led me to become a Reiki Master, and I'm currently continuing that journey through training toward an Embodiment Coaching Certification.
Over time, I began to see how all of those pieces connected - creativity, experiences, travel, hospitality, wellness, and most importantly, people.

Today, Lavender Lane continues to help businesses bring their ideas and brands to life through thoughtful marketing and events, while Unfiltered Retreats has opened a new lane — creating meaningful retreat experiences where women have the space to slow down, reconnect and simply be.
